Kim and Stephen have been hosting anglers to the world's top fly fishing destinations since 1989, and on adventure, food & wine vacations since 2003. 

Of course the Bahamas, Argentina, Chile, Alaska, the Seychelles, Cuba and Mexico have always been highlights of our fly fishing hosted trip adventures, fishing with long-time friends and guides, and enjoying authentic experiences with our local friends and hosts.

But we have expanded our list of special journeys to share with you all in the past ten years; adding the Maldives, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Costa Rica, and skiing in Europe (France, Switzerland, Italy), among others. All of our journeys have a focus on fine food and wine, immersing ourselves in the local culture, and finding unique adventures  to share. Our hosted dates for 2024/2025 are flexible, with tentative trips in planning stages for Argentina/Chile, Maldives, Bahamas, Cuba, Portugal and Greece.
